Terms & Conditions – Kopparberg Mixed Fruit x Jet2holidays Prize Draw

Promoter: Cider of Sweden Ltd t/a Kopparberg UK, 1 Aire Street, Leeds, LS1 4PR, United Kingdom

1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Cider of Sweden Ltd, Jet 2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited and Jet2 plc), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Purchase required. Internet access and email address required. RETAIN PACKAGING.

3. Maximum 1 entry per purchased promotional pack, maximum 5 entries per person.

4. Maximum 1 prize per person. Maximum 1 voucher per person.

5. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 1 April 2025 until 23:59 on 31 August 2025. Any entries to the Prize Draw received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Each calendar month within the Promotion Period is a separate promotion (“Monthly Promotion”).

6. To participate in the Prize Draw: During the Promotion Period purchase a promotional pack of Kopparberg Mixed Fruit 4 x 330ml. Scan the QR code on pack or access [URL TBC] and complete the entry form with your name, phone number and email address and 8-digit unique code. All entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the then-current prize draw. Promotional packs are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. Entrants must retain the promotional packaging containing the unique code as this may be used to validate a win.

7. Monthly Promotion Prizes (5 to be won over the Promotion Period): One winner each month will win a £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher, each a “Prize”.

8. Prize terms:

a. The prize voucher must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking;

b. The voucher must be booked by 31st March 2026, and all travel must be completed within any travel dates on sale on Jet2holidays website at time of booking

c. The Winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid at the same time;

d. Booking must be made via email with the Jet2holidays prize winners team.

e. The prize can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions;

f. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash);

g. Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance;

h. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited;

i. Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays’ and Jet2.com’s terms and conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence;

j. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight;

k. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed;

l. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended; and

m. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

9. Discount Voucher: When submitting your first entry into the Prize Draw, you will receive an email with a voucher code which entitles you to £65 off a Jet2holiday. You should receive your email within 1 working day of submission of your entry. If you don’t receive your voucher within 2 working days please contact us. We will be unable to re-issue vouchers if you fail to contact us within 14 days of submission of entry into the prize draw.

10. Discount Voucher terms:

The £65 discount voucher code must be added at the time of booking;
The £65 per booking discount is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable;

The discount voucher is only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 1 April 2025 and 23:59 31 October 2025.

The discount voucher is valid on all holidays with departure between 1 April 2025 and 31 October 2026.

The £65 per booking discount voucher is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable.

Applicable to new bookings only.

The discount voucher cannot be used on a booking with any Free Child Place(s);
Only one discount voucher per booking;
Minimum 2 Adults;
Customer must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking;
Offer available when booked online at jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, through the Jet2holidays contact centre and through your travel agent;
Where applicable, and where the booking does not contain any Free Child Place(s), the discount can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion). For clarity, other than this, the discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and cannot be used on bookings containing a Free Child Place(s);
Offer excludes group bookings;
If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the discount will no longer apply and the full balance shall be payable;
Prices shown on our websites and in our advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to customer booking

11. Each 8-digit code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once, to use codes from non-promotional packs, or to use any codes not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such entries will be declared void. Where an entrant has multiple entries, the Promoter reserves the right to request sight of the packaging (including the unique code) related to each entry for verification

12. Prizes and vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or voucher, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.

13. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

15. Winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during each calendar month during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted by or under the supervision of an independent body within 5 working days of the end of the relevant calendar month. One winner and 2 runners up will be selected.

16. Winner notification: Winners will be notified by email to the account associated with that winning entry, or telephone call to the telephone number associated with that entry, within 5 working days of date of the winner selection. Winners must respond within 10 working days of the date of the notification email or telephone call, confirming compliance with these Terms and Conditions and eligibility (age and residency). Failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to a reserve selected in the same manner as described above. Participants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.

17. Prize Delivery: Jet2holidays will fulfil the Prize.

18. Unclaimed Prize: If despite the best efforts of the Promoter, a prize remains unclaimed after offering to 2 reserves, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize but may withdraw it from the promotion.

19. Privacy: The details you provide when entering this promotion, namely your email address, and (in the case of winners) your postal address or bank details will be held by the Promoter under the terms of its privacy policy, available here. Winner details will be passed to Jet2Holidays for fulfilment of the prize Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy http://www.jet2.com/privacy). Your personal data will be used by the Promoter and its agents acting on their behalf only for the operation of this promotion and for the delivery of prizes. The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and all applicable laws. Your personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be deleted. Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes and will only be disclosed to such third-party agents as mentioned in this clause. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

20. The surname and county of residence of the winners of the draw from a particular calendar month will be available by sending an email to kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk with “Kopparberg Mixed Fruit Jet2 Monthly Winners” in the subject header, with the details of the month for which you would like the winner list. Such email should arrive between 6 and 10 weeks after the end of the calendar month for which you would like the winner list. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting kopparberg@wearequantum.co.uk. In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.

21. When entering the Prize Draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays.

22. Participants in this promotion agree that neither the Promoters nor any of the promotional parties will have liability for: a. any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; b. any communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, human error or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion; c. any inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or email services; d. any damage to prizes sent to participants; e. any non-delivery of prizes caused by the provision of wrong information by participants, postal disputes or other causes beyond the Promoter’s control; or f. any system failures on the email services.

23. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of; (a) death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence; or (b) liability arising out of the Promoter’s fraud.

24. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

25. The Promoters reserve the right to verify any claimant, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding a voucher or Prize and refuse to award the voucher or Prize or withdraw voucher or Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.

26. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

27. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the running of the Promotion or to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion, with no liability to participants or third parties.

28. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

29. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

30. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

31. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
